Transparency in Coverage Rule

Vacant Property Ordinance
Blakely Borough recently approved Ordinance No. 5 of 2023 that all vacant properties are required to file an application for each vacant property at a cost of $200 per property every year. This can be paid via cash/check/money order to Blakely Borough. It is the property owner/authorized agent’s responsibility to fill out the vacant property application enclosed with this letter or downloaded from www.blakelyborough.com. Failure to contact the borough code enforcement for an appointment for inspection can lead to penalties per Section 2 Subsection I of Ordinance 5 of 2023.
